Randall B. Schmidt received his law degree from the University of San Francisco (Cum Laude), his BS in Finance from Golden Gate University and passed the Uniform CPA examination. Randy is currently pursuing his Masters in Taxation at Golden Gate University.

Specializing in probate and estate litigation, Mr. Schmidt has substantial experience in estate planning, probate, trust administration (pre and post death), and conservatorship as well as general litigation. He has prosecuted and defended will and trust contests, fiduciary disputes and accountings, and elder abuse actions.
