Kevin Rodriguez received his law degree and his BS in Economics from Santa Clara University. Most recently, Kevin received his LL.M. in Taxation from Golden Gate University, graduating with High Honors. While in law school, Kevin served as an Articles Editor of the Santa Clara Computer and High Tech Law Journal. Kevin also was a recipient of the Wiley W. Manuel Award for Pro Bono Service 2008 for his representation of an indigent beneficiary of a trust in a family dispute.

Kevin’s practice focuses on estate planning, probate and trust administration and litigation, including contested trust and estate matters, representing fiduciaries and beneficiaries in will and trust contests, fiduciary disputes and accountings, and elder abuse actions. He specializes in advanced estate, tax, and business planning for high net worth clients; designed and implemented comprehensive asset protection and business succession plans.
