David H. Duff was admitted to the California State Bar in 1963. Mr. Duff received his law degree from the Stanford Law School and a BA from Stanford University

Mr. Duff has acted as Judge Pro Tem in various courts in Santa Clara County, has received special appointments to act as trustee in disputed probates, has acted as a judicial arbitrator for the Superior and Municipal Courts of both San Mateo and Santa Clara County, and has been an arbitration panel member of the American Arbitration Association, since 1964.
