to offering estate and business planning,
our scope of services includes representation
before federal and California taxing authorities
and tax litigation. We have represented clients
on tax related matters before the United States
Tax Court, Hawaii Supreme Court and California
Supreme and appellate courts. We have worked
closely with clients in obtaining Internal
Revenue Service private letter rulings in
complex matters. The potential of transfer
tax repeal by Congress will only shift, not
eliminate, the need to continue tax planning
which will remain a staple of our firm’s
services.
