Mario B. Muzzi is a Director and the Civil Litigation Practice Coordinator at Barulich Dugoni Law Group, Inc., where he focuses on contract disputes, trust and estate litigation, elder abuse, fraud and breach of fiduciary cases, and real property law.
Mario received his Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Santa Clara University, graduating with Honors. He received his Masters of Arts degree in Economics from San Francisco State University and his J.D. from the University of San Francisco.
Following law school, from 1997-2000, Mario was a Research Attorney for the California Superior Court, County of San Mateo, where he acted as an advisor to the Presiding and Law and Motion Judges. Following his work with the court, Mario went on to work as an associate for a high profile class action and complex civil litigation law firm located in San Mateo County. He joined Barulich Dugoni Law Group in 2004.
Mario has substantial experience as a trial attorney. He has been the lead attorney in arbitrations, court trials, and jury trials and has successfully prosecuted, defended, and settled multi-million dollar cases.
In addition, Mario is an assistant professor in Economics at the University of San Francisco where he has been teaching since 1999. He is also a lecturer at UC Berkeley in the International and Area Studies Department.
Mario was born and raised in the peninsula. He is the son of Italian immigrants and is fluent in Italian and proficient in Spanish.
Mario is a member of the San Mateo County Bar Association and the American Economics Association.
