Relevant Professional Land Use and Governmental Approvals Experience:  492 Unit Apartment Condominium Complex Development, Foster City, California; 242 apartment/condominium conversion, Albany, California; 6 Unit Condominium Development, Burlingame, California; ongoing representation of hotels in Burlingame, California on land use matters; represent Northern California franchisee of major fast food restaurants in real estate and land use matters and numerous other matters involving land use and development agreements.  Negotiated in excess of $300 million in transactions in 2007 including sale of 1,000+ apartment portfolio.  Also represented numerous closely held businesses in the management, acquisition and disposition of assets.
